At the center of the wheel is a zero (meaning no satisfaction or major issues) and the outer rim of the wheel has a 10 (highest satisfaction or feeling no issue). Quickly tune in to each piece and evaluate where you feel you resonate with. Based on this assessment it may be clear working with a professional can help work through the barriers and blocks that are keeping you from experiencing each piece as a 10. And yes, it is possible to live life with all aspects being fulfilled.

*I will reduce my private pay rate to the reimbursement amount of your insurance provider until the time I become in-network. At that time I will charge the co-pay amount dictated by your insurance benefits.
