The Journey

Wise Zen Therapy is about meeting you where you’re at, then realizing your full potential though holistic collaboration.

This life is a journey, you are on a path and all the events have led to this moment in time. The future is unknown, but that is okay. Together we can helpheal the past wounds and find resolution. You will work hard to accomplish so much, harder than ever before, but it will be worth it.

You are a survivor and unique.

There is strength in you that you may not have realized you had. Life is cyclical – there is a harmony that exists. Sometimes we are on top of the mountain, others we are at the bottom and working our way to climb back up. Sometimes we are riding the waves, others it feels like an endless tsunami crashing down. Our process together will create a raft to help ride the waves. It’s okay to acknowledge that and feel those highs and lows. Do not let fear of having good times or guilty for feeling better be blocked because you are “Waiting for the other shoe to drop” or the dark thief of depression to come snatch you. Sometimes those automatic negative thoughts will be strong, but you will be stronger!

I am always here to support you and guide you. Trust your intuition and know that every challenge has a lesson or is an opportunity for growth and every positive thing is deserved and earned.

I am also available on TalkSpace, an online therapy platform that may be a better fit for your time or budget! Ask for me directly.
